The right to cancel the order

You are entitled to cancel order/contract fully or partly within 14 days after receiving product(s) of your order if product(s) are in original and undamaged shape.


If there is a flaw in the product, please contact us immediately by sending an email.

To fulfill the refund policy, you must inform us of your decision to cancel the contract by sending an email to following address: info@cabellos.fi and providing order details and bank account details.

To cancel the order within the allowed time, it is enough, you send notification to us about canceling the order within 14 days after receiving your order.

After sending a notification concerning the cancellation of an order we will reply and let you know the right address where you can send and return the cancelled order.

THE IMPACT OF CANCELING THE ORDER

If you cancel the order you made, we will return all the deposits you have paid for us, excluding shipping costs. We will pay the refund immediately after receiving the canceled product(s) back at our address. We pay the refund by the payment method which was used in the original transaction, or we ask for bank account information for paying the refund through bank transfer.

You have to send the items back without delay and at maximum within 14 days after informing us about your decision to cancel the order. To prove you have been followed the set period of time you should be able to provide on request receipt of shipping with proper address of recipient.

If the product is not unused or not in original shape you are not entitled to full refund.

UNDECLARED PACKAGE

A undeclared package and canceling of the order is not the same thing. We collect the shipping costs of undeclared packages. We will refund you in these cases after this formula: Total sum of paid –  shipping costs paid – shipping costs caused by undeclared package = Sum of refund

 

Problematic situations

If the product has disappeared or been damaged during shipping, or it doesn’t match your order in other ways, you have to report the refund within 14 days by contacting us by e-mail. If the package has clearly been damaged during shipping, you must instantly do a reclamation to the courier of the package.
