Reward policy

Every purchase, that costs over 2 euros before the shipping costs will be compensated to the customers account as a bonus point reward according to the reward system. The bonus points rewarded to your account can be used for further purchases. 1 bonus point equals a worth of 0,10€.
The bonus point reward will be transfered to the customer account according to the following formula: the total sum of the ordered products * 0,05 * 10.

Shipping costs do not gain bonus points. Shipping costs are not part of the total sum of the order.

Bonus points can not be used for covering shipping costs. Bonus points can only be used for covering the costs of product(s).

The bonus point reward will be compensated to the customer account once the transaction of the order happens. Canceling orders or refunding products will decrease the bonus points on customer account as much as the cancelled order gained them.

Using earned bonus points of cancelled order for covering product costs of new purchase will cause the following: The value of used bonus points will be held from refunded amount of cancelled order.

Bonus points can not be traded for money. The only available method for using bonus points is covering costs of new orders made at the online store.

Cabellos Oy reserve the rights to all changes concerning rules and policies of reward system and bonus points.
